The problem
Small businesses lose revenue to slow, manual customer handling — inquiries, quotes, bookings and follow-ups spread across channels with no system behind them.
What we built
A dynamic "Business Brain" learns each tenant's services, products, policies and workflows. The AI then handles customer conversations and executes tasks — lead capture, quotes, appointments, orders — across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Calendar. A Business Autopilot analyses activity to surface opportunities and recommended actions, with human approval for sensitive operations.
Outcome
Multi-tenant from day one, event-driven, with real-time dashboards. Now the template we use for client AI-SaaS builds.
